1. PAYMENT TERMS
1.1. A booking is only considered confirmed once the Company has received the required deposit or full payment..
1.2. The Company will not hold any reservation for customers who have not paid the deposit or full amount.
1.3. Customers must ensure all payment information is accurately entered, including account name, account number, bank name, currency, and payment content.
1.4. The customer bears full responsibility for any loss, delay, or error caused by incorrect payment information.
1.5. All bank charges, intermediary fees, PayPal fees, and any additional fees required by banks or payment platforms shall be fully borne by the customer. The Company is only responsible for the net amount actually received.
1.6. Payments made via PayPal are subject to an additional 5% transaction fee.
1.7. After making payment, customers must send payment confirmation to the Company. The booking is only fully secured after the Company confirms receipt.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – DAY TOURS
2.1. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the tour: Refund will be issued after deducting PayPal/bank transaction fees.
2.2. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: The booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – OVERNIGHT TOURS
3.1. Cancellation must be made at least 07 days in advance to be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Cancellations made within 07 days before departure: All payments are non-refundable, and accommodation cannot be rescheduled. Climbing activities may be rescheduled subject to availability.
4. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
4.1. Rain or mild bad weather:
Only the outdoor activity portion may be canceled. Accommodation and pre-arranged transport remain fully chargeable.
4.2. Severe weather, storms, floods, or government bans: Trips may be canceled or rescheduled for safety.
4.3. Force majeure includes: natural disasters, storms, pandemics, government travel bans, port closures, or other uncontrollable events.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
The following cases are strictly non-refundable: No-show, late arrival, or voluntary withdrawal.
Cancellation outside permitted timeframes
Cat Ba Climbinghas over 10 years of experience in outdoor adventure sports such as rock climbing and deep water solo. ( For DWS, if there is no tide, we cannot organize it. Some cliffs during low tide will have coral reefs below, but we have a cliff called the Sea Face, that the other companies do not use. Even when the water is low, it can still be climbed normally and safely. There is no coral reef, the water level is deep enough for climbers to jump down. )
All our tours include travel insurance with coverage of up to 100,000,000 VND per case, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout the trip.
